Welcome to REXXEN, where our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and streamline the complexities of modern business through strategic guidance and effective solutions. Established in 1990 by Mr. Chua Siong Yew, Rexxen began in a modest 400 sqft office. With a passion kindled under the mentorship of seasoned accountants and fueled by his later academic pursuits, Mr. Chua embarked on his journey as an outsourced accountant, eventually earning his credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Australia) and Chartered Accountant (MIA) in Malaysia.

 

On top from the expertise in accounting, Mr Chua's dedication led to acquiring an audit license from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a tax agent license from the The Chartered Tax Institute Of Malaysia (CTIM).

Under Mr. Chua's visionary leadership, REXXEN grew to service over 2,000 private limited companies, aiding them in achieving remarkable business success and optimizing profitability across a broad spectrum of industries. His approach—blending deep expertise with a personal touch—helped forge lasting partnerships and a reputation for excellence.

The legacy of innovation and client-focused service continued after Mr. Chua’s sudden passing in 2020, when his children, Zachary Chua and CY Chua, along with partner Jess Yew, took the helm. This new generation of leadership has brought fresh perspectives and vigor to REXXEN. Zachary, as the Managing Director and CEO, alongside CY, the Business Development Director, and Jess, the COO and CFO, have strategically restructured the company’s internal operations to enhance efficiency and improve communication both internally and with clients.

Recognizing the growing importance of intellectual property in modern business, Zachary spearheaded the establishment of a dedicated Trademark Registration department. This strategic expansion is designed to protect entrepreneurs' branding rights and enhance the value of their businesses, encompassing not only tangible profits but also intangible assets.

Today, REXXEN’s clientele spans a diverse range of sectors including e-commerce, F&B, production houses, social media marketing, gaming platforms, hotels, hospitality, and spirituality coaching industries. This expansion reflects our adaptation to the evolving market demands and our commitment to the cutting-edge of industry trends.
